Play Queue
How to use the play queue to watch videos continuously without interruption.
Play Queue
The play queue lets you line up videos and watch them one after another. It's available to all users — no subscription required.
Adding Videos to the Queue
From any video page, click the playlist menu icon and select "Add to Queue". The video is added to the end of your queue.
You can also add all videos from a playlist by clicking "Play All" on a playlist card.
Queue Controls
The queue panel appears as a sidebar on the video page. Open it by:
- Clicking the queue toggle button in the video toolbar
- Pressing Q on your keyboard
Once open, you'll see:
- Now Playing — the currently active video highlighted in the list
- Up Next — the rest of your queue in order
- Shuffle — randomize the playback order (click again to unshuffle)
- Repeat — cycle through: Off → Repeat All → Repeat One
- Auto-Advance — toggle whether the next video plays automatically when the current one ends
- Clear — remove all items from the queue
Auto-Advance
When auto-advance is enabled (it's on by default), the next video in your queue plays automatically when the current video ends. You'll see an "Up Next" bar below the video player showing what's coming up with a countdown.
Tip: Scrubbing through a video won't accidentally trigger auto-advance. The system waits to confirm the video has truly ended before advancing.
Queue Limits
- Maximum 200 items in the queue
- The queue is saved in your browser's local storage and persists across sessions
- If you're signed in, the queue also syncs across devices via your account
